Record all calls received on an Android phone into a Google Sheets spreadsheet

Make (formerly Integromat) can automatically record all calls received on an Android phone into a Google Sheets spreadsheet. This can be useful for keeping track of customer calls, sales calls, or any other type of phone call. The template uses this example spreadsheet.

1. Make sure you have Make (formerly Integromat) account.
2. Create a new scenario.
3. Search for and add the Android Phone module to your scenario.
4. Select the Call Received trigger.
5. Search for and add the Google Sheets module to your scenario.
6. Select the Add a Row to a Sheet action.
7. Connect your Google account to Make (formerly Integromat).
8. Select the spreadsheet you want to use from the dropdown menu.
9. In the Row field, enter the following:

• Received On: {{trigger.date}}
• Name: {{trigger.caller_id_name}}
• Number: {{trigger.caller_id_number}}

10. Save and run your scenario.
