<p>The above scenario will work each time a new item is posted to the RSS feed.</p>
<h2>How to set it up</h2>
<ol>

<p>In your RSS Feeds app, create a RSS Feeds watch.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In your Telegram app, create a Telegram Send Message action.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In your RSS Feeds watch, select the RSS Feed you want to watch. Select the Created Date Element from the RSS Feed.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In your Telegram Send Message action, select the Chat. In the Message template, enter the message you want to post.</p>
</li>
</ol>
<p>The scenario will post the message to the Telegram chat each time a new item is posted to the RSS feed.</p>
